We are delighted to share the news that we have achieved Platinum status for our Outdoor Play And Learning provision, following our 100% score during the inspection. 

After the beginning of our OPAL journey in 2025, we have made the most of our grounds to build enjoyment and opportunities for our children in their play. Our children now spend their time building dens, climbing trees, visiting the hair salon, dressing up in the costume shed and cooking delicious meals in the mud kitchen.

"I would rate our school's playtimes a 10/10. Not many schools have a sandpit and woodlands to play in. Also we have Go-Karts!" Idris, Yr 2.

"Before we did OPAL we used to sit and chat, but now we have so much to do and we can do a different thing every day." Ben, Yr 4. 

"I love playing with the punchbag and exercise bikes." Diego, FS. 

"We built a rope swing last year and it's my favourite thing to play with. I also love playing in the woods because I can explore and make dens." Frankie, Yr 1.
