Our Foodshare Group's hard work on the school farm raised a fantastic £150, which will be re-invested on the farm next year.

About Foodshare

Foodshare is a national not-for-profit, volunteer-powered charity which connects schools with local charities. Every Friday Mr Sibson and Miss Vickers take a mixed group of children to the school allotment in order to help grow and maintain different fruits and vegetables. This is then donated to local charities in West Bridgford.

Not only do we use Foodshare to teach children different life skills, we also work a lot to build social emotional resilience within the children and encourage our older volunteers to help and nurture the younger children along the way.

Not only is Foodshare good fun, it’s a fulfilling and brand new way to give!
