Sustainability at Edwalton

Sustainability is at the

of everything we do

Why is it important?

We believe that equipping children with a love of the environment and an understanding of how to look after it is crucial in education. At Edwalton, we view sustainability as something that should be thought of as a way of life, enabling children to become responsible global citizens.

We believe that caring for the environment and sustainability should be embedded in a dynamic, creative curriculum, with the real-life implications being utilised in reading, writing and Maths.

How can we help you?

Edwalton Primary School can offer opportunities to visiting nurseries, playgroups and primary schools to enjoy hands-on learning experiences. We can offer an environment suitable for a range of activities for children of all ages from mainstream and special schools.
