The children in Year 2 have been busy making a 3D map of London…. amazing job!

Year 2 have been reading 'The Queen’s Hat'. Mr Thomas lost his hat whilst walking across the playground to see Mr T…. we found it in all sorts of places!

Year 2 have been using a viewfinder to draw London Landmarks. We have experimenting with using different grades of pencil and charcoal. Great work everyone (we especially enjoyed the charcoal!).

Our soft, cuddly Beefeater is guarding Year 2’s ecstatic fact files all about London landmarks, which they researched, with tons of expanded noun phrases! Another superb week’s work by our spectacular, hard working Year 2s!

Year 2 have been learning all about the terrifying Tower of London this week…. What great fact file writing!!!
